Welcome to my For-Sale-by-Owner (FSBO) Home. Although this is a conventional sub-division home it has many unique features that sets it apart from the ‘conventional’. Good news for you though, I am now offering it at a much more “conventional” cost. Please read on.

When asked how best to describe my home, the simple answer is, “this is a home that most people who have visited leave saying that they would love to own a home like this”.

Starting March 24th and for the next week or so I will be hosting an Estate Sale at the property. I have done my best to keep the house and rooms looking their best , while trying to find new homes for all of my stuff. As with the house, I have also done my best to create and maintain this website – hands on, top to bottom. In fact, even the colors used on this site are that of the home. I took all the pictures and added all the content. There is no fancy staging, what you see is what they are. The kitchen is just that, a kitchen. I use it and have lots of goodies. Of course I didn’t leave any dirty dishes in the sink and have done my best to present the house, as best I can.

If you like to entertain and/or love cats, this might just be the purr-fect home for you as it is fur me. I call it cat friendly. If cats aren’t your thing, this is still a one-of-a-kind home, with all kinds of bells and whistles, so please continue to browse. With any luck you might just decide to get a cat so it can be the luckiest cat on the block.

They say, a “picture is worth a 1000 words”. In this home, I think the best three words are simply “seeing is believing”. You really need to step inside and see for yourself what is has home has to offer you.
