This project started off as a small fire pit, off the patio surface. However, it wasn’t big enough. That was when I then decided to build the big fire pit. Since I had already plumed the propane line I wanted to keep it in use.

So, I lifted the fire-pit off the ground and built this mosaic table around it. The table is 4′ in diameter and a great focal point at night with the fire pit in action.
