Agent Listing

I’m excited to find the right buyer for this home—someone who truly appreciates everything it has to offer.

A lot of care, time, and personal effort has gone into this property, so my goal isn’t just to sell, but to connect it with someone who will value it as much as I have. For that reason, I’ve decided to try selling as a For Sale By Owner (FSBO).

Sadly, this may not have been the best route. At this time, I’m not looking for listing services, flippers or agents simply looking for a house to list. I kindly ask that agents and investment companies respect this decision. I am however, looking for an agent who is willing to listen and work “with me”. My door is open to any agent interested in seeing my home.

That said, I absolutely welcome any agent who may have a serious, qualified buyer that would be a great fit for the home. If that’s the case, I’d be happy to discuss terms.
