For the next week or so, I will be having an Estate Sale. I have acquired lots of stuff over the past 20+ years. Now it is that time to find new homes for all the stuff I either don’t need or can’t take with me. I have tried two big garage sales, but sadly they simply aren’t what they used to be and just way way tooo much work. So, I am going to try another way.

Now all the goodies are nicely placed around the house, so as you look around, you will get to see the house. Now it would be a total win-win if a shopper, buying some jewelry or home goodies was also shopping for a home. But more realistically, there is a better chance that that shopper probably know someone who is looking. So, to sweeten the pot if your referral ends up buying the home, I will gladly pay you a $1,000 referral commission. Doesn’t get any easier than that.

Other than a little time, and gas, what do you have to lose. So come by and check out the house and the goodies within. Hopefully you won’t leave empty handed.

I am going to try to be on-site as much as possible over the next week or so. However, I might suggest giving me a call to see if I am here, or better yet, schedule a convenient time. I wish I could list all the stuff that will be sale, but that would make way too much work for me keeping it updated and current. Additionally, as the days go on, new items will be made available, and possibly less expensive. As if I sell my dinning room set, or couch on day one I won’t have a place to work and eat, or watch TV.
