The architects of this cabinet design should have been fired. This pullout drawer was absolutely useless with a standard refrigerator in place. The cabinet door would not open enough to allow the drawer to slide out.
To resolve this, I built and angled drawer and slide. Now, you can properly pull the drawer out for access.

Also added is a Trip Drawer which tips out and can hold common cleaning items; gloves, scrubbers. brushes and there is even a ring holder for those who remover their ring when washing.
