I have a 5 stage RO (reverse osmosis) water system with a 5 gallon bladder in operation. It provides RO water for the bar water chiller, the coffee bar and the refrigerator chiller and ice machine.

The RO unit is installed in the Washer/Dryer closet for easy access. There are valves on the lines that can be closed so the unit can be easily removed and filters changed. I change the filters yearly ($45). In that the RO system is a filtering system, there is no need for have a additional filter on the refrigerator. So, no need to yank it out and change it, let alone the cost. I will provide you the information you need to purchase the filters.

The electric solenoid, to the right of the RO, controls water to the wall fountain and is not part of the RO.
